1. Cancellation policy
As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of your goods without giving reasons. In order to exercise this right, you must inform us (Cysum) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail to customer@cysum.com ).

2. Voluntary right of return (30 Days Voluntary Return)
In addition to your legal rights, Cysum offers a voluntary return period of up to 30 days from the delivery date. This gives you extra time to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your e-bike.

Condition: For this voluntary period of 30 days, the item must be in its original condition - unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all voluntary returns.

Right of objection: Your statutory 14-day right of revocation remains unaffected by this voluntary 30-day guarantee.

3. How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact our support team at customer@cysum.com with your order number and photos/ videos about the condition of the item.

4. Return Address & Authorization
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without prior authorization.

Approval Required: Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will let you know the specific return warehouse address.

Home pick-up service: If we do not provide a return address or if it is more convenient for the logistics of large items such as e-bikes, we will arrange for a professional forwarder to come directly to your home to pick up the package. We will coordinate the pick-up date and time with you in advance.

5. Shipping costs for the return

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preferences (for example, if the item is no longer desired), the customer is responsible for the return or collection fees.

Responsibility of Cysum: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (received a damaged or incorrect item), Cysum will cover all the return or collection costs.

6. Inspection and Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
