COUNTRIES AND REGIONS

We ship our premium electric bikes and accessories globally, with the exception of South America, the Middle East, and Africa.

To protect your investment, CYSUM covers damage to products occurring during transit. Please note that while we partner with top-tier couriers to ensure fast delivery, CYSUM is not liable for unexpected carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

  • Note: If a package is marked as delivered but is stolen or lost post-delivery, please contact your local courier office immediately to file a claim.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping on standard working days (Monday through Friday). Daily Order Cut-Off: 10:00 AM (UTC+2) / 16:00 PM (UTC+8). Orders placed and paid for before the cut-off time will begin processing the same business day, or it will be processed on the following working day.

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Transit Time: 3–5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY RATES

We offer reliable shipping solutions to get your bike to you as quickly as possible. Please ensure that you provide a correct and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Any additional charges incurred by CYSUM to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. To help you avoid these extra fees, our team will make every attempt to contact you in advance if we notice an incomplete or flagged address.
