Item will deliver to your address between 3-7 business days by UPS or DPD. The actual shipping time might be different due to the effect of Covid-19. Please follow up with your local carrier service.

We accept non-reason returns requests within 7 days, and free returns request within 30 days for quality issues. For the other reasons of return, please carefully read our Return & Refund Policy or contact our customer service.

From the time you place the order, we will process your order in 12 hours and send out your order within 3 days

Once your order is sent, you will receive a message with the tracking information by text or email. You can also check with the relevant carrier company by using the tracking number.

You have the right to cancel your order before we ship, once your cancellation process is complete, you will get the full amount of the refund. However, after we ship out your product, you are not eligible to cancel it. if you change your mind after you place an order, please contact us ASAP.

Typically we set our selling price in euros. However, once you make a purchase, the price will be automatically converted into your local currency by your credit card.

For EU customers, we provide free shipping to most of the EU countries. customers do not need to pay any tariff. For North American customers, we are now only offering free shipping to Canadian customers, which will be extended in the future.
