Return & Refund
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. You will get a full refund once the cancellation process is complete. Order cannot be canceled after it is shipped.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product.
We will provide customers with relevant instructions after receiving their requests. If the return request is non-quality issues but the emotional decision such as "I don't like", "I don't want", "I changed my mind" etc. Customers will take full responsibility for the cost of return shipping and any other possible cost that might appear. Please consider all risks before making a decision. Money will be refunded to the original account based on the payment method. Kindly notice that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Our warranty and return policy only cover purchases made on our website: https://www.cysum.com/. For products purchased from other authorized distributors, please contact the original seller directly.
Received defective product
Customers have a quality issue to report, please write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have the responsibility to help every customer to get through problems for free, repair or resend new products if necessary. If solutions do not meet customers' expectations, we will arrange for a return in order to proceed with a full refund without additional cost.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a receipt will be sent to customers by email. Customers will also receive a notification of the approval or rejection of the refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount of credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment in a few days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
After the refund is approved, we will contact you by email. the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment account, if you haven't received it yet, please check your account again, or confirm with your credit card company. Normally, It takes some processing time before a refund appears on the statement. If you've done all the steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Return & Refund policy only applies to the original customers who purchased from our authorized dealers. Non-original purchase customers such as second-hand bicycle owners do not apply to our return refund policy service.
If customers personally modify the components, our Return & Refund policy for this bicycle will automatically expire.
During the warranty period, products appear major quality problems that affect the normal riding of the bicycle. We will return the goods and refund; if there are small defects, we will give appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
